    Online Installation Support Online Installation Support includes two possible methods of assistance: Remote connection to your laptop for program installation. Guidance is provided via email. Before making a purchase, please check the "Support" section for the cost and availability of Online Installation Support. Important Notes: We do not offer support for fixing old installations. Please ensure that any previous installation has been completely removed from your disk and that your system meets all the requirements specified in the instruction manual. The Installation Support package includes: INPA Package (NCS Expert Ediabas) Basic ISTA-P Installation Basic ISTA+ Installation These do not include extra features such as programming and updates. We are responsible only for correctly installing the software (main programs). Updates, programming files, and interface installation are not included in the support package. If you require interface installation assistance, please contact the interface supplier, as the interface is not included in the purchase, therefore, please do not ask questions regarding the installation of the interface or similar things, we do NOT provide such support! Please seek advice on your local BMW forum. If the program you selected includes Installation Support, please select the same program with the (Paid) option on the "Support" page. Please Note: Online Installation Support is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. After this period, free support is no longer available and can only be purchased at the regular price. If the program does not offer Installation Support, please choose the same program with the (Additional support) option on the "Booking" page. Reminder: As stated in the Terms and Conditions you agreed to before purchase, payment for scheduling an appointment is mandatory, even if you have already purchased a program with Online Installation Support.   • Road Maps
    Important Notes: Some maps require an FSC code, which is not included. You can either use the CIC PATCHER to generate FSC certificates or use our service, which can be found HERE. Support Policy: We do not provide free support for map installation, FSC certificate generation, or other similar road map issues. If you encounter difficulties with these tasks, we recommend searching online resources or seeking help from your local BMW forum.   • Maxi Dealer Package With Unlimited Access
    Additional Information for Maxi Dealer Package Customers: The Maxi Dealer Package includes a one-year subscription for updates. Please carefully read the following details regarding activation, usage, and policies: Activation Process: Once you have created a paid Mega Account, notify us so we can activate all folders for you. Shortly afterwards, you will receive an invitation email to the Mega Server from our email address. The shared folders will be visible in the left-hand menu of your Mega account. To access the files, copy all shared folders and move them to your Mega account. For file downloading: Create a link to each folder (right-click and select from the context menu) and use software such as JDownloader to download files. Use your Mega Account credentials in JDownloader's settings to download files without bandwidth restrictions. IMPORTANT: To maintain the file structure, use Megasync exclusively for downloading. Communication Policy: Please note that Mega-Chat is not monitored, so do not use it for communication. For any inquiries, write to us via email. Update Policy: When new updates are available, old files will be removed from the server and replaced with updated versions. Be sure to move files to your Mega account promptly to avoid losing access. Subscription & Updates: The annual subscription lasts for 11 calendar months (e.g., purchase date: 25.02.2020; subscription ends: 01.01.2021). We do not send reminders about the subscription expiry date. It is the buyer's responsibility to track the subscription duration. Software purchased with an annual subscription becomes effective on the purchase date, not when the license is received. File Access: During your subscription, you have unlimited access to the server files. However, due to regular updates, files may be replaced with newer versions. To prevent losing access, move the files to your Mega account as soon as possible. Refund Policy: Refunds are not issued if features included in the package were not utilized. For instance, if you purchased the Online Installation Service but chose to install the software yourself, you are not eligible for a refund. Activation Deadline: Annual subscriptions must be activated immediately after purchase, but no later than 3 months before the subscription ends. This 3-month period is the minimum subscription duration offered.   • Updates & Subscription
    Updates & Subscription Effective Date: Any software purchased with an annual subscription becomes effective on the date of purchase, not the date the license is received. For Standalone Subscribers A free update will be provided only when it is possible, and update files are available. We cannot guarantee when or if new updates will be released. Updates may be delivered in various forms, such as Programming Delta Files for ISTA Standalone. Activation Deadline: Standalone software must be activated within 3 months of the original purchase date. After this period, activation will no longer be possible, and your order will be permanently deleted from our database. Don't miss out—ensure your activation is completed within the 3-month window! For iLean Subscribers License Information: Ensure that your Windows operating system is activated before making a purchase. The license is valid for one PC only. Virtual Machines are not supported. iLean is an offline version, meaning it does not connect to BMW’s backend and does not support secure coding. Usage Restrictions: The iLean software is intended for private use only. It may not be installed on business devices except in the case of personal business devices (e.g., for individuals who own a small BMW car repair service or similar). The program must not be installed on company-owned devices under any circumstances. License Violations & Manipulation: Any license manipulation, such as: Attempts to clone a PC or HDD. Use of a virtual machine. Unauthorized OS or hardware changes. These actions will result in immediate and permanent banning, including your IP address. Important: If you plan to change your PC, extend or replace the HDD/SSD, or update the operating system, you must inform us in advance. Unauthorized changes will be considered manipulation and will trigger the banning process. Suspended Accounts: If your account is suspended due to a license violation, a penalty fee of 10% of the package value will be imposed. Restoring access after paying the penalty may take up to 72 hours. Refunds will be reduced by the card operator fee and the penalty fee. Both fees are non-refundable. Re-Purchasing the Program: If approved by the supplier, you may purchase the program again after account suspension. The restoration process and any related procedures must be agreed upon with the service provider. Subscription Policy Your subscription begins as soon as you receive your login details. Abuse of promotional pricing (e.g., cancelling the billing contract after purchase) will result in: A €50 charge, or The subscription ends 3 months earlier than scheduled. Minimum Subscription Period: For promotional pricing, the minimum subscription period is two years. The license remains valid during the subscription.     Refunds are not available for purchases of digital products and services made through our payment system.     Versions Overview There are different versions of the ISTA diagnostic program, each with unique features and requirements. Let's explore the main differences between these versions: Standalone This version of the program is a diagnostic tool that does not require a license or activation. The installation process is fully automatic and can be completed with just one click. The latest version, 4.50.40, also includes an update for programming files to the most recent version. Short Product Description: Version: 4.50.40 License: Lifetime Optional: Latest Programming Files for Standalone Installation Support Languages Note: The update of programming files is not automatic and must be performed manually after installing the main version (4.50.40) using the auto-installer. iLean e-TechPro Tool This is the latest dealer version of the program and is updated in real-time via the Admin Client provided by us. The installation process is simple and automatic. To use iLean, you must have a 3-6 month or 1-year subscription. The latest version, 4.51.xx, is available in multiple languages, and an HDD update with the latest Road Maps can be purchased separately based on your subscription plan. Note: The language package and HDD update are only available to exist customers. We do not sell language or HDD updates separately. Update Standalone with Delta Files Please note that there is no direct "update" available for the main program. Such an update will not exist until the supplier creates a new standalone version. The Delta Files update applies only to programming data (SDP and BLP) and does not update the main program. For example, the main program will always remain at version 4.50.40, while the programming data (e.g., 4.51.xx) will be updated. Important: Standalone and iLean versions are offline versions that do not connect to the BMW backend server, meaning they do not support secure coding for the newer BMW series. Important Info: Standalone versions have no expiration date and include an automatic installer, making installation simple. Therefore, third-party help is typically not required. However, online installation support is available for purchase if you encounter any difficulties. Compatibility and Modules: We cannot guarantee that every module will be readable or that all engine versions in your car will be supported by the purchased program. Some features may not be available with every update due to factors beyond our control. Vehicle/Module Compatibility: Not all vehicles or motorcycles are supported by the Standalone version. Most motorcycles are serviced only online when the program is connected to the BMW backend server. In such cases, an alternative program may be necessary, and the buyer will be responsible for any additional costs.
