Since we do not offer a service for fixing old installations, please ensure that your old installation has been completely removed from your hard drive if you have one! Use the programs Rcleaner and RegDelete for this.

Make sure your system meets ALL the requirements described in the user manual.

All required programs MUST be installed BEFORE the session begins! (Folder named "Need to install")

Ensure that ALL necessary files have been downloaded from the server and are stored in ONE folder on your C:/ drive!

Your system must be set to English or German!

Shortly before the scheduled session starts, you will receive a link to the ZOHO program (a Zoho account is not required).

A delay of only up to 5 minutes is allowed. After that, the session link will automatically expire.

Adjust your screen resolution if it does not match the standard (1280x800 pixels)! (Very important!)

Do not touch the mouse or perform other activities on your computer during the session unless instructed!

If a clipboard usage message appears, confirm it using the checkbox on the left side to prevent repeated messages.

At the beginning of the session, show us the folder with all files downloaded from the server.
-
Keep your desktop clean and visible only with the necessary elements! (Store the rest in a separate directory.)

Disable all antivirus programs!
Additional Requirements for Standalone Customers:

After a successful session, the customer must copy the license key into a text file and send it to the corresponding email address to activate the ISTA program.

Ensure that enough storage space is available for program installation and updates.

.NET Framework 4.8 or higher must be installed.

The Windows operating system must be updated and activated.
Additional Requirements for Standalone P-Version Customers:

After a successful session, the customer must select and activate the correct loader version.

Ensure that enough storage space is available for program installation and updates.

In some cases, installing older versions of the .NET Framework (2.5 and 3.5) is required.

The Windows operating system must be updated and activated.

2 TB of free space if programming systems are required.

1 TB of free space if only diagnostic data is needed.

The system will automatically terminate the session 5 minutes after the session link is sent!

If the above conditions are not met, the session will be cancelled without warning!
