1. Everything, starting from the payment to service buying is fully INSTANT, there is no need to wait for someone to respond and send the map code, the system generates the code by itself.

• How do I get the code for Feature Installer?

1. The code is issued once you buy the Headunit activation service, it always consists of 10 random characters.

• Where can I get the Feature Installer?

• What does the Feature Installer do?

1. It automatically installs the purchased “Head Unit activation” service, inserts FSCs into the HU, performs any necessary codings and adds chosen functionality. It does not require any coding knowledge or a fully automatic procedure.

• Can I use the “Headunit Activation” function on the ASIAN car/HU or newer than 18/11 iLevel?

1. Yes, the function is working with any car equipped with EVO ID5/6 Head Unit.

• Is Android Auto available?

1. BMW only provides Screen Mirroring as a service to Android users, which can mirror the screen from the phone to Headunit, alternatively Apple users can use Apple CarPlay.

• I currently have the non-fullscreen/split-screen CarPlay how can I upgrade to the Full-Screen CarPlay?

1. You can buy the activation code in the “Head Unit activation” window by selecting ID5/6 Full Screen Carplay. (NOTE: Your car iLevel has to be higher than 18/11)

• Should I use the original car or donor’s VIN when updating maps on retrofitted Head Unit?

1. If you are using ID5/6 Head Unit you can use our free-of-charge VIN change service which comes into the package together with Head Unit activation, otherwise, if you are using older Head Units such as CIC or NBT, you need to use the donor’s VIN to buy map update.

• Can I use Repair Pack FSCs to update maps?

1. By using Repair Pack you can only upgrade to the latest maps which are included in your subscription, otherwise, you need to buy an FSC Map code.

• I have typed USA car VIN which has North America as installed maps, can I use your services to change the map region?

1. Yes, you can select your desired region from the dropdown menu when buying the Map Code or Head unit activation.

• What do repair packs do?

1. Repair packs contain OEM Factory FSC certificates, which can be useful when replacing the broken or not working Head Unit.
